He is an expert in setting up overseas HR functions & operations with diverse and cross-functional expertise in end-to-end People Management.

As the Global CHRO, his task is cut to aggressively support and scale the organizational growth strategies. Saravanan would also be responsible for initiatives ensuring the ideal work-life balance across functions.
